Hi Everyone,
My teenage daughter was diagnosed with Costo last December.
It has affected every aspect of her life so much! She is in such pain!
Her doctor prescribed different nsaids, and they have not helped her at all.
I did some research on the web, and found info on Serrapeptase.
This is an enzyme of the silkworm. It has no bad side effects on the gastro tract.
I ordered this from a health website in the UK, and it has been the only thing that has helped my daughter "tolerate" her condition.
I am looking into some Holistic doctors as well.
She feels like this condition will never go away and that she is doomed to this pain for the rest of her life. As a mother, I feel so helpless because I cannot take her pain away!

a moist heating pad can also bring comfort during a flair,
getting her focus off the pain maybe a pain management pyschologist
could help, costo is more related to fibromylagia an if you post this question there
you'd get a lot more responses, or maybe a moderator could move it for you..
good luck in your quest and hugz to your daughter...
