I sneaked away for a few days with hubby...dragged the trailer to the beach and had a wonderful rest. I could have stayed and stayed....ahhhhhh It's where I release my tension and worries.
BUT...what I want to ask about
is starting up a chat night again. It will be listed under Chronic Pain but will be
open to all who feel it applies to them. Many of the forums on Healing Well cause chronic pain so we may have people with many types of disorders. I think this is a plus because it helps us understand others pain and we may not only gain some insight but some new ideas from each other on ways to help ease the discomfort we live with.
I have added a poll so we can see what night would be the best for the most people. The time frame would be ...6PM Pacific Time...7 Mountain... 8 Central.... 9 Eastern. That has worked out best in the past. Might be a bit early on one end and a bit late on the other, but we will have to compromise. If there are people who need to have a daytime forum I will be able to do that starting in the fall. The rest of the summer I have a grandson during the day so can't do a chat. Being almost 3 y/o makes for a very busy little boy.
So, please vote on which night would be preferable and post with suggestions and ideas. I want this to be the kind of chat you'd like to have. In the past I've conducted chats in a somewhat formal way but we can decide on that later. Once we get things set I will post days, times, how to 'Chat' and a few courtesies of joining in on a chat. It's really fun and if you've never tried it you can come into the room and actually never have to talk yet you can still see what everyone else is saying. No pressure is put on anyone. This is for fun, information and some relaxation. Stress is something we do NOT need.
Please vote and let me know what you think....
