Did you keep your calendar open tonight for Chat Night??? Time to share that ME time we so deserve with each other and boost your spirits. I can tell you that folks who come and visit leave with a much lighter heart. You know that old saying about sharing a load lightens the heart?

I truly believe that when I come to Healing Well and post or sit and chat on Thursday nights it just makes life seem easier. For the logical mind it makes no sense that when you take on part of the load of someone else that your own load is much lighter. No logic in physics there...but many of us are living proof that science doesn't know it all. smilewinkgrin

So come lighten your load and put a smile in your heart by chatting with friends who care and understand.

See you tonight...

If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it.
