ok, so I know we all have tried so many things & after a while just become jaded about anything new. I'm right there with you all.

but I just had to share that my PM got me set up with a home traction unit & I just love it. It is so ridiculously painful when I am doing it that it's not even funny. It feels like my back has developed a migraine -- throbbing pain, misery .... but then I wake up in the morning & for once in I don't know how long I can actually move when the alarm clock goes off. I don't need to try to stretch and do crunches & put ice, heat, numbing cream, and such on or take 2 doses of pain meds just to roll out of bed in the morning. I am so happy! :)
who would have thought that some stupid little plastic device hooked up to a bicycle pump would be what actually would help me?! not I.

anyways, I just wanted to share the good news, mainly & also let others know that these things exist. I thought that a home traction would be the same huge bed that was in my napropath's office, but it is like 5 pounds (tops) and is super easy to use & just sits on my floor [mostly because I'm too lazy to pack it up in its wheeled case every time].

ok, well enough about my happiness. i hope you all are doing well & that the cold weather isn't giving you all a hard time.

blessings & sweet dreams,
