Thought I would post a few anecdotes that will hopefully bring a smile to your day.

My 4 year old son has become a fan of the Nick show iCarly. For the past two weeks he has insisted on watching this show every day. For those of you who don't know iCarly is show whose primary target audience are ****s and whose main fan base is female. A few days ago I asked him why he liked to watch that show and without hesitation he tells me: "It makes me laugh and the girls are real pretty."

This past summer, not having anything to do, I took my son to the local baseball/softball complex so he could see a ball game. I had no idea what type of ball was being played that day, but as it turned out it was girl's softball with several age groups playing that day. As we were walking up to the fields my kid looks around and sees all the girls playing ball and in a nice loud, clear voice announces he is going to "watch all of his girlfriends" play ball.

A few weeks ago our cat, who we named Amigo, comes up to me and starts meowing at me and then heads to the kitchen. When I did not follow he comes back into the living room and his meows become a lot more urgent so I got up and followed him into the kitchen and stood there trying to figure out what the little furball wanted. I didn't have to wait long as he goes over to the auto water bowel and takes a big swipe at it with his paw knocking over the reservoir making it clear it was empty and he was thirsty.

Finally the following link is a picture that I think will make you go ahhh.

2 confirmed herniated lumbar discs. Spinal Arthritis. Spinal Stenosis, diabetic peripheral nueropathy.

Thanks Jim!!!
That's a cute story and picture. Little kids and animals can warm up a heart and put a smie on your face and make a bad day seem not too bad after all!!

I love little kids for their honesty!!! You'll have to watch him, being into girls at such a young age.

Jim, kids are great at that age. I tell my kids (18 to 23) that the problem with kids are they grow up.
