Wow...we could be having a party, for all the wide awake people here tonight!
skeye, I'm sorry you're in such pain that it's keeping you awake. I find that no matter what I take, medication wise, I'm generally up between 1am and 4am...but at least I don't have to worry about work or kids in the morning.
Sleep is the one thing we need to help manage our pain, and the one thing that often seems to be out of our reach. It doesn't seem fair somehow. I am sending sleepy thoughts out to you, and to everyone else here who is up, for whatever reason.
Conditions: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pelvic Pain, FAI, Reynauds, IBS, Surgical Adhesions, Ophthalmic Migraines
(plus physically unable to vomit due to Nissen, and I have extremely tiny veins...a joy for blood work or IV's)

Other: Vitamin D, Multi-Vitamin
