Well today I sent off a years donation to the ASPCA to help them save some needy kiity od doggie $240.00 in one shot I gret updates about animals my money is helping to help , it feels really good .Had a good session with my Pain Therapist too things are going good there she understanding and helpful in guiding me throgh my issues . Have been texting and calling my new galpal every day and we have made a nice connection .My feelings for my HW family couldn't be deeper or more profound  , life is pretty goodsave my pain and inability to walk well .And its these physical challenges that has given me the positive things i just listed ! How weird ?I needed suffering to trancend in order to find myself , I now know what challenges add to your life , character and depth , or isolation and withdrawl . I lived in the latter until pain brought me to the former  . wow .It bought me here as well where I learned about friendship , coping , caring and being supportive . Thank you , mikel  P.S. I wanted to write some good news too !

HIV+ also Hep c , need hip replacement surgery on hold because of unknown but cellulitus-like ailment  .most pain from hip condition and cellulitus-like ailment .hands numb may have carpal tunnel syndrome now . Great frustration because doctors unable to diagnos ailment              .Medecines -    ,viracept,truvada, lasix .  oxicontin  '

im dxed with  herniated discs,fibromylagia , scolosis,ddd,athritis, spinal stenosis ,gerd,gastric ulcer,gastroparesis..gallbladder removal 3/23/10.
meds,ambien, prilosec otc,lortab ,reglan,flonase and  trazodone.

Hi Mike,

I really enjoyed what you wrote. Very heart-felt. I wanted to give to the SPCA or something with animals too, money is sorta funny right now, but I too share a love of animals. Hope you have a nice Easter too!

First, you are one of the nicest people I "know" :) Honestly. Second, what's this about a galpal??? :) I'm happy for you!!

Last, I totally get what you are saying about having to go through trials to get where you are now.

I'm glad you've had a good day today. I've had a better day, too.
Main Health Problems: Dysautonomia/POTS; CFS/Fibromyalgia; Severe Hypertension; Hypothyroidism; Hypoadrenalism; Mixed (Obstructive/Central) Sleep Apnea - on Auto BiPap; Depression/Anxiety; Severe Vitamin D Deficiency

Pain Issues: Cervical/Thoracic back pain; migraines; carpal tunnel syndrome; widespread joint/muscle pain, nerve pain in hands/arms/feet; Future Plans: Intrathecal Pain Pump; already completed trial (Sept, 2008); awaiting my decision for implantation
