I just wanted to say congratulations on the trial being scheduled!!!! yeah That's great news - you've waited so long, and fought so hard it's wonderful to see you're going to at least be able to find out.

So it's graduation May 23rd (I think?) and the trial May 28th? Yea! :-) yeah

I know it's been a long, long year for you. Another month and you will have reached your goal! And I know it has been far from easy for you!

OMG Skeye i didn't know. I am sorry. I haven't been on here for a bit cause i have been having a rough go of things.
Well this is such awesome news. i will write your dates in my book. i am so excited for you!!!!

ps can you send me your address and favourite colours and wrist measurement in inches(don't ask) LOL

 Chronic, severe and continuous bilateral temporal headaches since April 2000.
 Poor prognosis, seen thousands of doctors, been on dozens of meds and tried all forms of treatment with no success.
 Currently Feb 2010: cycles of IV Ketamine infusion via a PICC line and pump at home with some success.
 Meds: oxycodone for breakthrough, cymbalta, vitamin D, B12, magnesium, omega 3, melatonin
 Profession: Part time registered nurse on Long term disability and applying for permanent disability thru CPP
 52 yrs old, female, married, two boys 19 & 21, live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Congrats skeye. Good luck. I am sorry I didnt notice I have been dealing with my own health issues. I will be thinking of you. ((((((hugs))))))))
im dxed with  herniated discs,fibromylagia , scolosis,ddd,athritis, spinal stenosis ,gerd,gastric ulcer,gallbladder removal 3/23/10.
meds: lunesta, prilosec otc,lortab ,reglan,flonase. ibuprofren, zyrtec and benadryl.
Just added today: folic acid supplement  1 mg a day for the next year and also b12 injections increased to once a month. pernicous anemia and  Folic acid anemia.

Thanks Palady, Suzane, and kimber! I'm very excited. And yes, Palady, you got those dates correct.
I can't wait for the end of May to get here. It will be such a relief to be done with school & I have really good feelings about the trial. Hopefully my gut is right! Now if I could only get through the next few weeks... Just taking each day as it comes. I can start counting down the days now.

Oh yippee...graduation!!! That's so wonderful:)...I will certainly be praying for these last weeks...and to celebrate such an amazing accomplishment for you under the pain that you ROCK!!!

Congratulations on graduation Skeye.  I'm so glad to hear that your trial is now sceduled to begin shortly after graduation.

Skeye I can only say what the other have already, congrats kidds. You have worked and perservered when others would have thrown in the towel. I am so happy and excited that things are finally turning around for you, its way over due. Can't wait to see how the trial goes, yippee!!!

PS: Sorry my type is so small, new computer and I have done everything I know to make the print bigger, instead it just keeps getting smaller on me.

crohns disease dx 2002 & small bowel resection, still looking for remission whatever that is, chronic pain 22 yrs, added ulcerative colitis 6-05 to the mix, high blood pressure 28 yrs, aortic heart valve insuffiency, depression, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis lumbar spine, scoliosis lumbar spine, peripheral neuropathy hands & feet, COPD & on oxygen therapy, lupus & psoriasis and psoratic arthritis. Several other health issues just not enough room to list it all. Too many surgeries to list and too many medications to list. Currently on 17 different daily medications. Intrathecal pain pump implanted June 05.
