Good day~ Here's today's question... Who is the last person you said, "I love you" to and when was that? If you can't think of a 'person' then maybe a pet would be fine. Some people live alone or their pet is like family to them. I know without my cat and Golden Retriever I'm m mighty lonely during the day. AND...let's ad, who was the last person who said "I love you" to you! If anyone is uncomfortable answering all of this today then only share what you are comfortable with.

For me the last person I said 'I love you' to was my hubby and it was today. I made it a rule when we got married to never go to bed angry and to always say 'I love you' especially when I'm upset with him. smhair The last person to tell me, "I love you" was my 3 year old grandson. He just 'HAD' to call Grandma today. smilewinkgrin Those are mighty sweet words!

What about you? smilewinkgrin

The last person I said "I love you" to was my cousin this past weekend when I went to visit her. And she was the last person who said it to me. I find that we're saying that in our family more and more, especially with my other cousin now having breast cancer.

I love saying it to the kids in the family, and sometimes it gets returned, but sometimes not! It all depends on their mood! :-)

Well, I haven't been here in a while, but I always love the morning Koffee Klatch. In answer to the question, I would like to begin by telling you that coming up on 18 years ago, my beloved mother passed away very unexpectedly. I had spoken with her about 45 minutes before and our conversation ended as always with "I love you." and "I love you too." When she died that night I knew that anytime I love someone in whatever way I love them, I want to tell them I love them because you just never know. So, to answer the question, my dear friend Tina, who I met here by the way, is the last person who told me she loved me and I said I loved her in return. She is a fantastic friend and very kind. She understands that it is very hard for me to get what is inside of me to the outside! She gets me and gets that when I love, I love and I only want kindness and love in my life. What a wonderful friend to have.

Thank you Chutz, what a beautiful subject. As always, you do choose them well.

Love to you all,  Catz4  smilewinkgrin

I'm called Cat or Stac at times, but as there are few other Cat's on here, I put the number of cats I have and combined it to spell out Catz4/DXed-Syringomyelia C-1 to T-1, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes Type II, IBS, Panic Disorder, ICC , Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Muscle Spasms, Torn Rotator Cuff in Left Shoulder, Frozen Shoulder. I had an emergency surgery for ruptured bowel in '05 w/colostomy and takedown in '06. I'm frightened most of the time and scared the rest! I would love to be heard by friends, family and now most of my doctors has seen the proof of my pain. What validation. This has beomce one of the most important words to me...to be validated. Too many meds to name/Too many allergic reactions/sensitivities to too many drugs to name. Meds for Panic Disorder, Pain, Bipolar, IBS, Hypothroidism, Diabetes, Insomnia and then some.

Morning all,

There's only myself, my hubby Ray and our cat Dorie at our house, so the last person would be Ray as he was leaving for work this morning. We have lots of little rituals and stuff, so this one was me still in bed, debating going back to sleep or getting up, and Ray coming to kiss me good bye before leaving for work. When one of us is going out and the other one is staying home, we always say to each other: "Okay....love you...bye bye" (this is a common phrase for us, and is used at bedtime as well in "okay...love you...night night, or okay...love you...nap nap".

I know it sounds silly, but we have lots of little rituals and sayings in our marriage...special things that only have meaning for the two of us. I think it helps to strengthen us as a couple - especially because we are so completely different from each other. One area that we do agree on though is that saying "I love you" is important to us and we both say it often throughout the day, always with meaning and never taken for granted.

Have a great day everyone - be as comfortable as possible.

Conditions: Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain, Chronic Pelvic Pain (with permanent muscle damage), Femoralacetabular Impingement (CAM and Pincer), Reynauds, IBS, Surgical Adhesions, Ophthalmic Migraines, Severe Hot Flashes (both Surgical Menopause and medication related), plus physically unable to vomit due to the Nissen, and I have extremely tiny veins with a lot of scar tissue...a joy when it comes to having to give blood or get an IV started

Medications: Oxycontin, Cesamet, Tramacet, Cymbalta, Flexeril and Clonidine plus Laxaday, Vitamin D and a Multi-Vitamin daily

Nice sentiment ! The last person I said '' I love you '' to and who said it back to me is my old ex-girlfriend I met on facebook. We now e-mail each other every day and speak to each other once a week .We lived together from ages 19 to 22 , 32 years ago !!!I found her on face book and we are very close now , I guess we take each other back to those young and in love days I now cherish so.Its pretty cool , we reminice about our apartment and how I would sing to her , and how she'd stroke my ego telling me how great I was .It really is fun and I do love her , its as a friends now for each of us , but deeper than before and we're genuinly happy for each other . Heres to you Lilly Girl '' I love you !'' . Mikel

The last one I said I love you to is my husband and the last one that said I love you to me was my husband.  We say it when one of us leaves the house or one or both of us are going to bed.  We also add night night when we're going to bed at night.
