awwww, I'm sorry there have been so many struggles for you lately. It does sound like your neurologist is a good person and is looking out for you, so that's a good thing. It is so frustrating though, when so many things are going haywire in life. And at least your neighbors pick you up...they could just leave you there (okay, probably not, but you just never know!)
I hope everything lines up for you today, so that you're able to enjoy a really good day. I hope you feel energized and ready to face this all again. Hang in there....we're all rooting for you!

ps: as for if anyone had a better day - I did receive a lovely compliment from my favourite 3 year old today (daughter of friends) - she told me my pink dress made me look really pretty!
