Yep I'm still around!  And of course still in a whole bunch of pain!!  Gawd I hate Tornado Season!  We've been woken up I don't know how many times in the past two months due to the weather station going off telling us about severe weather in our county.  For all of you native Kansan' the heck do you all handle this humidity?!?!  I have had problems with hot weather since I was a kid.  Seems I've been told I have deficent sweat glands, so if I stay outside too long (longer then say 30 min, Less in really high heat) I will actually have heat stroke!  So with the humidity so high here in KS and me not being used to it, I've been staying indoors and trying to keep my brain from frying!
Okay, news from the Stimulator part of my news so far.  Still waiting for the stupid Neuro to decide to send his report to my ins.  GRRRRRRR!!!!!  I actually tried to call him but I didn't get through.  Doc's office is still trying to get everything figured out with that so I hope soon I will know so I can get on with what I need to do.  SS disability is still in the works.  My attorney says sometime this summer we should be going back to court.
Oh, I have been working on my novel a lot!  I've gotten a creative insperation I guess.  Dang my spelling is bad today!  Okay all, guess I'll close this for now.  I wanna welcome all the new people and tell each of you that I am here if ya need anyone to talk to about low back problems.  Been dealing with the dang thing for 10 years now.
Huggles to everyone

Hi, Scarred!
Good to see you pop in, but not so good about the tornadoes and humidity! Gosh things move slower than a turtle where W.C. is concerned!

Keep working on that novel! It's got to be a welcome respite from the pain and all the hassles with doctor's offices!

Hugs back at ya!

Hi scarred, wondered where you'rd got to. Hey a novel that sounds amazing. All about chronic pain suffering ah? Yeah just joking. How exciting though to be able to write.
I love to draw but have found my creativity at an all time low lately. Just started out to do a few bad paintings and drawings again lately.
We're having a break from the humidity and in the throws of a real cold snap for Sydney, freezing wind. I feel real sorry for that poor child Abby who is only 16 and gone missing in the seas off the west coast of Australia. She is trying to be the youngest person to sail the world solo but how distressing for her parents.
Sorry off the track, great to have you back, Vickie, golitho

Hi Scarred and nice to meet you....sorry you are suffering with pain, humidity and the worry of tornados! I can relate to all of them! I am a Colorado native but have been in south central Nebraska for 6 years now and still can't adjust! Keep on that fun! I write but I am more of a poetry.....I like things to be done quick because I have NO patience! Hang in there and take care of you!

Your neighboor to the north,

Pete trips again!

Hey Vickie, It's so good to hear from you old Friend! Sorry to hear about the stimulator delay! It's always something isn't it?? My, those tornatoes are so scarry! We just have little ones here in Fla. that jump around w/ their tails whipping the ground. If your unlucky enough to be where the tail hits, your screwed! I heard it gets pretty hot in Kansas but I didn't know you had the humidity too?? We have it pretty bad here so I know what your talking about but I guess I'm used to it here living in the swamp! Those big giant one you folks have in tornadoe Alley are terifying!!! I think those guys on TV chasing them are sick in the head!!! I will say a prayer that no one in our little family here in H.W. who lives up there gets hit by one of those monsters this year!!!!
Again, GREAT to hear from you> I missed you as I'm sure everyone else did!!!
Love and a Big sweaty humid hug!!! >> Just kidding!
Your old Buddy,
When I was young & stupid I broke almost every bone in my body and I'm paying a heavy price now but I'm still here and so glad to see my two sons grow up to be fine young men, both are in the Navy. I'm so proud!

Hi Scarred,

Good to hear from you. Boy those tornados sound scary. Occasionally we will have one with a really bad storm, but the ones we get are nothing like the ones you get out in Kansas! Ours are mostly just little things that are pretty localized, but they still freak me out! Stay safe!

Hey all!!  So great to hear from all of you, I've missed you all so much!  Well, woke up this morning (holy cows got a good 6 hours of sleep last night! Where did that come from??) to see the skies are overcast and Mother Nature is threatening to rain AGAIN!!!!!  I hurt so bad in this weather!

Oh well, good day to continue with my novel.  PA, it is always good to hear from you hun! How have you been doing?  I hope well enough.  It is nice to get a little respute from my pain, sometimes if I really am in the swing and my mind is wide open to the novel I can get in 4 to 5 pages without a break.  Of course those days are few and far between.  I usually only get a page or two in and that is usually painstakingly with several breaks in between.

Gotho: ha ha I'd have a lot to say if I wrote a book about CP!!!!  Man that would have to be one of those sequels!!!!! tongue   Nope not for me!  I write to forget the pain for awhile and as I've told PA that comes few and far between. shakehead   But hay, it ain't as bad as all that.  I enjoy my writing time and when I get a little writers block....I grab my notebook that I have nothing but my novel written out in and start copying from the puter to notebook.  This way I come up with ideas while I'm writing.  Good idea eh?!  Hey I paint too!  Well, sort of LOL I'm teaching myself how to paint with acrylics.  I'm not to bad at times, but then I have days when I think why did I even take the paints out!?  You know how that goes though right?

Antbuggey: It's my pleasure to meet ya!  I see that we have many new people here and That to me is too sad!  To think that more and more are in pain just makes me way sad.  Nebraska huh?  You know all about the tornados then!!  You all have been getting some wicked weather up there.

Pete!!!  My old friend!  Great to hear from you too!  Yeah we get the humidity here as well.  Up in Wyoming we were lucky to see 6 percent humidity, but here....geezzzzz its like 70% and I'm just not used to that kind of weather!!!  I once lived in Georgia and thought I would never see humidity like that again....but then I decided that moving to KS would be okay!  Gawd was I messed up in the head!!

Skeye!  It is always a pleasure to hear from you!  I've been face down in a ditch when those tornados have been coming down from the sky and talk about terror!!!!  I never wanna see that ever again!

Anyway, this is way too long so I'll close for now...
