Party! Party! Party! ...OK, I got carried away a little bit but....we do have a blast on chat night so please do set aside a little time to join us. Come for a short visit or stay for several hours...we are there for anyone who would like some real-time chatting and an opportunity to get to know your friends from the forums.

We meet in the Chronic Pain chat room on Thursdays at 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern and other locations as the time zones dictate. If you are somewhere else on the planet here's s site for time conversions....

Just fill in one of the times listed above and enter it in the first location, then choose your time in the second location and click on the 'convert time' button. That's it! Had to try it myself...I tried entering Pacific time of 6 PM (my location) and chose the nearest location of Seattle, WA, USA...then for the other location (which would be where YOU live) I chose, just for fun, Melbourne, Australia and clicked the button. So, if chat is at 6PM Pacific time on Thursday in the US, it would be Friday Morning at 11 AM in Melbourne, Australia. Sorta fun to play with...couldn't resist.

Anyway, if you need a map to the Chat Rooms here goes...Click the word CHAT on the thin blue bar above. Choose a chat room from the drop down menu and log in. Instantly you are in the chat room and ready to visit. In our case make sure to click on the Chronic Pain room.

We have a very casual type of chat so please feel free to jump right in and join the conversation. Topics range from the more serious like types of pain and/or treatments to the silly like parties or great comfort foods. Every night is different. Always feel free to ask questions on how the chat room works or anything else you are interested in. We all were first-timers once and are happy to share.

Hope to see you tonight!

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
