Hello Chartreux! I'm sorry that I have been absent for such a long time. My wife and I have several health related issues to work through, including members of her family. I have been giving my full attention to my wife, and myself as I heal from the Double Lumbar Fusion Surgery. I'am getting better but it has been a very long road to recovery for me.
I do miss the members here terribly and hope to be back sometime in the future, but right now I feel it is best to stick with what is on my plate. While I may be absent here in my post I do check in and read the forums from time to time, and some of the members have been emailing me to keep us updated.
My wife and I haver become close personal friends with tmjpain and Privey, and of course you all know how they have been suffering. Privey is in a very serious state of health, and I have been in contact with her daughter and her husband about every three days or so. They are truly worried about her survival as well.
My hands are full at this time, and especially since I have gone back to work. I think there is hope for me, but some days I wonder.
Mikel, I was glad to see you get an appointment for your surgery, and I believe that skeye was headed in the same direction the last time I looked too!
Dani H. was a very good choice for the Moderator opening and she has done a wonderful job. (one smart cookie!, and uses tact when responding to post)
Lindaloo and I have been contact as well, and the super mom (Tina)!
When ever I need a spirit lift, I watch a video from my man Pete! Thanks Buddy! :)
It may seem odd to all of you that I'm taking time away from the CP forum, and then drop in every once in a while.
I will try to explain at a later date, but right now, my head and heart are full of worry and fear, not only for me, but for family and friends. It has been very over whelming to me.
I'm so glad that I sold my business when I did, as I would have never survived the ordeal now.
Thank you so much for checking and asking, and bless you all!

Life's complicated, that's for dang sure, huh? I can tell your plate is overflowing right now... but I know you'll pull through, even if you don't feel like you will... Just hang in there and do the best you can each day. I also guarantee nobody thinks anything about your absence - just know you are missed. As I said, life isn't easy and, YES, it's certainly overwhelming... so just do what you can and know that there are people that care about you and are here for you, when you need it.

Please continue to hang in there, and please know you are in my prayers, Michael.
Take good care... --Tina

Michael, I understand completely! I've been away from HW for awhile myself...and I still don't know if I'm "back" yet. We are losing our house and moving 200 miles away and my insurance has denied me (twice) for a very expensive treatment for my Lyme disease so I have to pay out of pocket ($2500 per month) and my Lyme-caused eye problems are so bad it's hard for me to read words on my computer screen....and so on and so forth.

You take all the time you need, just know that you are missed by your friends here but everyone supports you and thinks well of you whether you are active on the forum right now or not.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers,

P.S. Fatherjohn, we miss you too, but the same goes for you.....take all the time away you need to. I just pray that you're OK and that the reason you are not posting is not something very serious.
