Lately, with medications being switched and the flu, I thought my growing weakness was normal. When the CP issues began and my pain management was nonexistent, I had a lot of vomiting, fainting, and weakness. Of course at that point they tested for the weakness and fainting before the pelvic pain issues and found no neurological reason for either. They attributed it to hysterics and mental state.  As pain management became better, these issues became better.
Now I have been weak beyond when the pain issues began. My doc feels this may be due to the level of pain that I am in. She can find nothing wrong with me neurologically either. I have even begun fainting again. It seems to happen on the worst days, and also at times that my pain flares. Each day has become a "bad pain day" but the flares have increased in intensity.
I was just wondering if anyone else had ever experienced fainting with abdominal or pelvic pain, or any type of pain. If you have ever fainted, what was the cause? At this point it is just another thing to add to the list of wierd stuff happening in my body!
Thank you all!

So glad, not that you are having troubles, but I also have problems with weakness and fainting! I have abdominal pain and when its bad i have dizzy and fainting spells, doctors have also told me its just my bodies reaction to severe pain and they haven't found anything neurological but have only done one scan, so just assuming its from pain. Haven't really found a way to stop these just take it easy when i can feel it coming.

Good luck!

Hi Monty, nice to hear from you.
I have experienced near fainting, nausea and vomiting with severe pain issues. When the pain lowers then my symptoms dissipate.
I also had an episode at a  pain clinic where they were giving me injections in my shoulders and had finished with the face, head and neck injections, and i was sitting on the sitting, hubby was talking to the dr. and all of a sudden it feels like I can't breathe. Then I started getting nauseated started vomiting, difficulty breathing, everyone is panicing. I tell them to go get the ostoepathic therapist who can do the needling point for nausea which is under the nose in the center and the wrists and the nausea settles, i stop vomiting and very slowly i start to be able to take deep breathes again. Scary!!! But it was a one time thing that happened.
Anyways, hope you can feel better soon. Sounds like the pain needs to come down a notch or two.

One day at a time!!
