I have not been here very much in my posts. I am so sorry. I have wanted to support you all but my days have been so tough. I do keep you in my prayers though, all the time. I pray and I pray and I pray, for strength and courage to get through each day. I cried all day today. |Gosh I don't know how I could have any tears left. My pain is just too much. It is beyond me to have severe head pain every day for years with no break, with no meds that help.
It's taking a lot to accept it and rise above it. I have come here today to ask for your prayers and thoughts to help me get in a better place.
And thank you for letting me be a part of this community. People who care and make me feel comfortable enough to open my heart. I love you all.
Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

One day at a time!!

Girl, it has been one of those days! I've had a migraine for 3 weeks tomorrow and feel like I have cried more the past couple of weeks than I've cried in many years!! The changing of the seasons is always a terrible time for chronic pain. I have been miserable as well. Just keep talking and writing and please know you are loved, wanted, needed and that you are a wonderful friend. I feel honored to know you.

Suzane, I wish there was something, anything, that I could do to help ease some of your pain, but all I can do is continue to pray for you. I haven't been posting a lot lately either, but you were on my mind in particular tonight...I was going to post to you, and here you are.

I admire your continued courage in facing each day as you do. I hope you don't mind if I occasionally email you things I come across that might help...I don't know everything you've tried, but I'd hate for you to miss hearing about something that could possibly help.

Sending good thoughts and gentle hugs your way.

Dearest Suzane,

I am sorry to hear your having such a rough time of it. Recently I too have had chronic pain with headaches as well as other chronic pain. I dont know if you remember me having a large vessel in my head that medicaid wont pay to have fixed. After several years with only getting headaches once in awhile they are now coming almost weekly and I dont fear the headaches, the pain of them but am constantly afraid of them being the LAST of them and then will be no more anything. Its hard to keep stress free to keep the headaches at bay when all I can think is that this is going to kill me eventually. Know that I think of you often and hope and pray that we are free from pain and my family is free from the stress of waiting on the state to save my butt. Sending you healing hugs...

Oh Suzanne, it makes me so sad to hear of your plight. I have shocking jaw pain all day everyday, it never stops, but the headaches are the worst when I get them, so I kinda understand.

Headaches are not something you can just expect to rise above, don't be so hard on yourself. Do you ever get some relief at all?

Karen-oh my gosh karen. You are the one that needs prayers. Come to Canada and there won't be a question asked about your surgery. Your case would get done in an instant. That is just not right in the states where one needs surgery to save their life and it can't get done due to insurance, etc. I am so sorry for your suffering and stressful days. I will pray for you hon!!
Radles-sorry to hear of your headaches and terrible jaw pain. Just not fun eh!! Sounds like you don't get much relief either my friend. I too do not get relief. But we will take it one day at a time Radles. We'll make the best of the day at hand. It's all we can do. Do you best!! Hugs Radles!!
Flower-thanks for your prayers my friend. Sure means a lot.
Mikel-oh my sweet Mikel. Sure am missing our chats but I understand that your days are full. It's not fair for anyone to suffer so much. Thank you for your words of encouragement. I will remember them during these tough days. Thank you for your love
How lucky can I be to have so many wonderful friends that care so much for me, that pray for me and love me, all of it unconditional. WOW!!! I hope you all know what you mean to me. Thank you seems to be such a small word to express how I feel right now!!
Love and hugs
