Tried to search for this but was unable to find any useful information online, so i figured i would ask in here.
My history is that I was a passenger in a serious accident and ended up receiving some severe spinal damage.
Since that a few years ago I have had several operations including fusing T11-L2, at the time being all hardware that can be removed has.
Anyways my question is to anyone out there in a relationship where one person has had similar injuries.
Basically i want to know if there are any specific positions that are more tolerant of a bad lower back,
and are less likely to cause me to miss work for a few days every time my girlfriend and i enjoy the physical side of our relationship.

Probably side by side or woman on top would be the least stressful to the back for a man.
2 confirmed herniated lumbar discs. Spinal Arthritis. Spinal Stenosis, diabetic peripheral nueropathy.

Just for info...your PT can discuss this with you and may provide some literature about your specific injuries and what is best.
