I wanted the members to know that one of our moderators (Howlyncat) is very ill, and suffering Grand Mal seizures.
She hopes to be back this week or the next, but asked for your prayers until then.
I have not a clue as to what a Grand Mal Seizure is, but I'm sure some of you will. Many of our Moderators are not well at all, and could use all the support we can give them.

I'm sorry to read that Howlyncat is so ill. My uncle had grand mal seizures stemming from his epilepsy so I do know what they are.
I hope that the doctors are able to get them under control very quickly and that she will be feeling much better sooner, rather than later.
It's easy sometimes to forget that our mods are also so ill themselves, but I think that most of us realize that they are suffering just as we are.
I send up good wishes for everyone, mod or not.

I have seizures (grand mal = convulsions) on a regular basis. It is from my inherited hypoparathyroidism. Makes my memory loss and fatigue go into over drive. The frustrating part is knowing what is going on with your body, but feeling removed and being unable to control what is happening. Every time it happens to me I wish I could say," Calm down you guys! I can hear you, I just can't talk!"

She will be in my prayers for a speedy recovery. They take a lot out of a person, no doubt. I really hope she knows the cause so they can be lessoned or controled. In my family's prayers tonight.
