I am sure that many of you here at the forum are not aware of duplicating a post is against forum rules. Please refrain from copying someone else'e post into your own post. The forum is free to us as all of you know. However, it is not free to the owner and administrator of Healing Well. He pays for each letter that is typed here, not by the word, not by the post but by the letter. No one is being asked to stop posting at all, just keep your posts to the point and brief as possible. In order for this wonderful forum to remain free to us to use, we must all try to help in every way we can to keep it that way. I am sure that you all understand.

Thanks for your help in this.

so sorry! i didn't see this before I posted intro! won't happen again!
Make me strong in spirit
Courageous in action
Gentle of heart
Let me act in wisdom
Conquer my fear and doubt
Discover my own hidden gifts
Meet others with compassion
Be a source of healing energies
And face each day with hope and joy

UD, Don't worry about your post length! I just wanted to say your post is very short and do not worry about your post length. Were talking about...

"quoting" or posting extremely lengthy posts off-topic. 10 - 15+ paragraphs and quoting 10 - 15+ paragraphs in a single reply or post. Just highlight the parts you want to talk about instead of "quoting" whole post of a topic.

Topics over three pages just need to start a "New continue topic" to keep talking about the same subject.

If you quote a medical report. Just "highlight" a bit that is relevant and post a link so someone can read the full report in length.

When you see "SPAM" or a topic against forum rules, send email or alert. Don't reply. It will be deleted or edited in the end. There is no need to reply. A Moderator will get to the SPAM or violation and delete it.

You are fine! No worry! We want to support one another through the many aspects of chronic illness! Mental, emotional, social, physical, financial... But at times we just need to be reminded to do little things to help the forum run smoothly.
