Good to hear you are feeling better and getting back to posting! Thanks for the really Good advice about using your computer, and I might also add to what you said, I think that is vitally important to have a really good virus protection set up on your computer, and a good firewall! I use one that has the security suite and it has everything, spam protection, virus protection, fire wall and all that! It is constantly on the job protecting your computer, and not just the web sites that you go to but also your E-mail. The thing is you have to keep it up to-date, most have the capability of auto updating, but if you don't like it up dating its self then make sure you do it manually every few days! I think if there is anything worth spending your money on, it is having a good virus protection set up on your computer.
