I know I have asked this question before but there are so many new members now.
I always love knowing where someone lives.
I am in Ottawa, Ontario, so when someone lives in the states I always look it up
in my atlas and put a mark on the city.
If you prefer to not mention the city maybe just tell me what state you are in.
I hope to get many responses.

So here goes: where do you live?

turn   turn turn turn turn turn turn

yeah   yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

I lived in that area as a kid. A little town called Oconee. Don't know if you've heard of it. Population in the town when I was a kid was 250.
They used to say if you close your eyes to sneeze while driving through it you'd miss it. They mine chalk there.

I live in a little town in Illinois called Princeton- which I usually refer to as "Small Town, USA". Its about 2 hours south of Chicago. And 1 hour north of Peoria.
Dx'd: TMJ-1997; High Blood Pressure- 2007; Fibromyalgia- 2009; Raynaud's- 2009; Arthritis- 2010

Medications- Who can keep up? If its out there for what I have or might work to prevent pain for what I have then I have tried it. But actual pain relievers- not so easy to get in the Land of the Free.

Hey Suzane...how are you feeling today? I am so hoping you are starting to get some relief! I currently live in Franklin Nebraska, A small town in the middle of nowhere! We have to drive an hour to go to Wal-mart! How crazy is that? As you can tell I am not use to small towns..lol

I was born and raised in Colorado (in a city outside of Denver called Arvada) it took less than 5 minutes to get to Wal-mart! I moved to Nebraska 2 years ago to be with my Sis. I am so glad to be close to her again, but I miss Colorado soooo bad.
Gentle Hugs,

Hey girlfriend!

You know where I live but I'll share anyway. I'm outside of any towns or cities but out mail goes to a box in the town of Vaughn, WA. It consists of community center, and a school. A mile away is another dot in the road called Key Center and they actually have a grocery store, library, nursery, smoke shop, tavern, a couple of restaurants and our doctor set up a medical center nearly 20 years ago. Oh, and the newest addition is the tiny liquor store moved into the old real estate build, which at one time was a gas station...lol And the tiny building that was left empty is now a source for medical cannabis. Yep, this is the 'diverse' part of my world. But I love living in the middle of acres and acres of forested land. It's beautiful and peaceful....and currently it's almost up to 20*! Need to go stoke the fire ...

See ya,

I live in East Central Illinois. I have lived in allot of diferent places, but most of my youth was all spent in the mid west! I was born in Fort Wayne Indiana, even as a kid, my dad worked for the government and we moved allot, several different places in Wisconsin, and then to Illinois where I graduated from high school and then went into the military which I have live more place than I can count, with 10 of the 22 years being Overseas.  Anyway  if this house of mine would sell, I definitely plan on moving again, a more mild climate would suite me fine, with a military base close by, preferably an Air Force Base! I had my white Christmas this year, and then a heat wave came and  melted all the snow, but it is now cold again, and I really  wanted it to stay warm! Ha wish full thinking I guess! I am more than ready for spring to come and start wearing shorts again!

I think it's funny that many people hail from Michigan but move.......it couldn't be because of the snowy, cold, dreary days here can it?? ;) I am Michigan born, raised and I am still here...unfortunately. I would love to move someplace warmer and sunnier. But I am near Detroit - home of Motown and the auto mobile industry! :) I am actually in a small community on Detroit's border and because it's a small community, I would rather not say where.
