I just wanted to ask my healing well family to keep my father in your prayers. He's been fighting Multiple Myeloma for a few months now, and started hemorrhaging from the rectum today.I'm very worried and need all the prayers we can get.I also wanted to thank you all for your prayers and for the wonderful family you all have been .

Kay, I am so sorry your dad is so ill. I went through that with my dad when I was 18. It's very hard to see your parents so sick.

My prayer is for you and your dad and your entire family as you go through this stressful time and also that your dad does not suffer. That is the main thing now. I took care of my father in law with similar problems too and I feel for you right from the essence of my very soul. God bless.

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

He may get released from the critical care unit today and placed in a regular room. So once again thank you all i know we've been blessed. I pray everyone here has a lpd.

Well things went well for a few days and yesterday my dad started bleeding again. So my mom calls me at work with the news.I was having one of those high pain days and working on only 3 hrs. of sleep due to my poor little sick dog.I told her i'd come by her house soon as i got off work.We decided to take him to the ER and i called the GI while waiting in the ER. Dads bleed wasn't no where near as bad as it was the first time and had stopped. So my drs. office set up a procedure to go in a quarterize the veins to hopeful control any further bleeds. That will take place in the morning, but by the time we finished up with dad and picking up his orders for the procedure and getting him back home it was late and i was totally wiped out. I finally got home and wasn't able to function the stress is really getting to me and today mom had to have a procedure. So my sister took her for her surgery and my brother went and sat with my dad ti'll i got off work and could take over. Dad seemed fine today and mom was sore and tired from all of this too. My mom has to get up with dad at 3am and start preping for his procedure in the morning.I have to work and then i'm having epidural injections after work so things have been a bit crazy, but i think everyone's gonna make it just fine keep us in your prayers is all i can ask,and thanks for listening to me ramble.
