Hi Chart
I have been trying to post now and then and here and there. But I will admit I have not been  posting like I used to.  I have been busy with the house a bit, and no it has not sold yet,  I still have been going to Physical Therapy  three days a week to try and regain some more mobility in my neck, this last posterior fusion seems to have taken  quite abit of movement from me. It looks I have reached the max with PT, and they have had to back off quite a bit because allot of the neck exercises have been inducing that abnormal gag reflex thing that I have. It is not pleasant for me and it freaks out the therapist.  Anyway I did see my pain doctor yesterday for my monthly refill and he wants some more test ran on my lower back and hip. so I had more x-rays yesterday, and I am scheduled for another MRI of my hip and lower back the end of the month, and then a steroid injection into the right hip joint, the 3rd of march and then I am to see the orthopedic surgeon the 9th.  That darn right hip has just not let up, and there is some question if it is all from the hip or part of the problem is coming from the lower back. I have been having this problem for so long, It really does get old!  The surgery in my neck has eliminated the pain in my upper neck and the back of my head, and that was what it was suppose to do, so I am very happy about that. It is just that there is just to many things that need to be fixed. They have told me my entire spine is going to pot, and it appears allot of my other joints are going with it!  What is it going to be like when I get Old and my hair all turns white??? smilewinkgrin   I have had to postpone my Respirtory Rehab twice now because of my Physical therapy being extended,  I am now suppose to start the end of the first week in March, this time I think it will be a go!  Just something else to do I guess. But if this can do help do away with the shortness of breath that I have maybe it will be worth doing.
Anyway We had 61 degrees yesterday, and it finally melted away all our snow! I just hope that it stays away!  Thanks for the concern and asking about me Chart I will try and get on more often and be posting more, I still keep tabs and look at the post allot, though! wink
Take Care

Great to hear from you WB! We do worry about our favorite bearded wonder when we don't see you posting. I imagine that others can sympathize somewhat with your misery as so often when we have one thing go phooey it seems others follow suit. I know we can't be with you but I, for one, am with you in spirit when you're alone. Think of me as that bratty little sister you always wanted...lol tongue shocked

Hey Whitebeard,

It's good to see you again. I'm sorry you have so much going on right now, but at least one thing is better....that's progress.

I'm sorry your house hasn't sold, but this housing market is insane. We're (that is my step-father) is adding an addition to my house (for my mother...just in case) and it's insane how many contractors and construction workers are just dropping by begging for jobs. Of course, as soon as you give it to them, their price jumps through the roof, but that is life I guess. People are hungry for work and I know some of the guys here are just happy to have an income for a little while. Our economy is so sad right now. I bet there are 20 houses within 5 miles for sale and nobody seems to be buying.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you too....for the sale and for the health. I hope you will have time to be back with us again soon.

All my best!

     Hello White Beard!
We all do enjoy seeing you post again. I'm glad your neck is better now, and I know how painful it was for you after the surgery. We both don't want to have to repeat that do we! smilewinkgrin
Good luck to you on the hip problem. It seems like one thing after another for you these days.
Are you letting that hair grow out again, or are you keeping it clipped?

See how much you was missed...something to try or use for your house, try to get
some candles that smell like baked cookies, they say that homes that smell like
fresh baked cookies sell faster than not using anything....just a thought...
Sure hope the physical therapy is not to hard on you, that gagging would be scary
Hope you can get a low pain day soon...
