I guess you all are going to get tired of me posting lol. I was just looking at a website about sciatica and I didn't realize that the sciatica nerve could cause pain in your thigh and I didn't realize that the pain could feel like a muscle spasm in your thigh. I always thought ever since I got hurt and started researching things that sicatica caused feelings like pinching or something like that. I didn't realize it could cause muscle type pain.

The only reason that I even searched it is because I am having that muscle type pain in my left hip. Bless her heart, Chutzie researched and put me some links on another post is the reason I even thought of researching the thigh pain. It didn't even occur for me to look it up on Google. Duh huh?

Well, I'll go for now. You all take care and i hope you're all getting good rest and have a good low pain day.

love and hugs

Sciatic pain is kind of weird in that is often does produce pain but that pain can be anywhere or everywhere from your back to your toes. It just depends on exactly how that nerve is being impacted. I suffer from it from time to time and one time it will be a shooting almost electrical type pain and other times it will be more a throbbing pain much like a pulled muscle feels like.

Thank you Straydog. I was looking for the experiences of those that have the pain pum and also any links to websites that you may have about the pump.

Jim- It sounds like I may have sciatica for the first time and I've had my compression fracture in my back for almost 10 years (will be in March). I guess I need to talk to my pcp about this when I see her Wednesday.

I hope you're both having a low pain night.

love and hugs
