I wanted to check in to let you know that I have not disappeared. I went to the PM and had meds switched around and went through a few days of being under-medicated while I slowly increased the dose and been reading a book on dealing with chronic pain and trying to see through the fatigue that I was in at the time.  I am feeling much better, and will go into more detail in the morning when I update this, but I wanted to pop in and let everyone know that I have not forgotten about you and I didn't crawl in a hole and disappear (like I wanted to for a while).  I'll say more in the morning when I can put more energy into being coherent.
