Yes - my food intake isn't good, so I take a daily multivitamin. I also take a separate magnesium supplement and I take glucosamine. Seems to work - my GI doctor is always dumbfounded by how good my blood-work is (considering that I eat mainly porridge and mushy vegies 'cos it's all my stomach will tolerate), and my spasms have decreased dramatically since I added the extra magnesium to my mix. Not sure if the glucosamine is doing anything, but I'm taking it in hope.

On Oxycontin/Endone, Topamax, Mobic, Magnesium, Florinef, Somac, Cipramil. Have a spinal cord stimulator, intrathecal pump with baclofen & bupivacaine and doing physio.
