I have been up for awhile. Not as bad as the night before when I got out of a bed at midnight. Such a bad cycyle bad pain/lack of sleep/crabby mood. I agree about the getting ready maybe lifting your mood. I had to really self talk to take a shower just now but feel somewhat beter I did. As for keeping the 1 better leg ok I am not sure because for me I feel my flare in the other leg is from relying on it because of the bad one. Also same thing when I was having back problems. At the clinic I went to they taught us how to do movements or daily things in a better way. It is hard though to apply when ones pain is so bad. I think right now my knee pain which is horrid is because of doing things in a bad way to protect. The only things I can think of if able is to do PT,try to slowly use a full body more,find ways to help things be easier. For me I do better with small changes and goals of doing things. When I try to change or do to much new or more forget about it. Fell better and maybe a nap will happen today?
