Good morning
 
I cant get back to sleep.Pills dont have round the clock coverage.  Why doesnt that not surprise me.  I took a 10 mg pill of opana er and a 5 mg opana.  I just cant get ahead of the pain I had do to pt.  I will have to wash my hair today and clean me up.  It is always a big to do.  I dont feel like doing it but maybe it will psychologically help me.   Whew.  That was a big word.  lol. I will call pm doc again this morning to see if any cancellations occured in his scedule. before friday.  If that didnt happen maybe he could talk to me on the phone.  Tell me how to take the pills to have the coverage I need. for pain control.  I feel like I am at my wits end again.  The emotional highs and lows of the meds are so draining.  I am not hungary yet.  Usually I am at this time.  I ache all over today- back and good leg.  I have had enough and I need relief.  So there I said it.  Now I just need to say it to my pm doc.  Anyone have any ideas on how to keep your good leg and back from hurting because it is because my leg isnt straught and Im not walking right with my walker.  Due to all the leg issues of the affected leg.

I have been up for awhile. Not as bad as the night before when I got out of a bed at midnight. Such a bad cycyle bad pain/lack of sleep/crabby mood. I agree about the getting ready maybe lifting your mood. I had to really self talk to take a shower just now but feel somewhat beter I did. As for keeping the 1 better leg ok I am not sure because for me I feel my flare in the other leg is from relying on it because of the bad one. Also same thing when I was having back problems. At the clinic I went to they taught us how to do movements or daily things in a better way. It is hard though to apply when ones pain is so bad. I think right now my knee pain which is horrid is because of doing things in a bad way to protect. The only things I can think of if able is to do PT,try to slowly use a full body more,find ways to help things be easier. For me I do better with small changes and goals of doing things. When I try to change or do to much new or more forget about it. Fell better and maybe a nap will happen today?

TY for replying. I will clean up in 2 more hours. Maybe by then the meds will kick in and I will be able to stand long enough to do what needs to be done even though it is with a walker. S often I am awake early and I look on this website for anyone to chat with or respond to a post so once again Ty. A nap will happen this afternoon. Pain will be to much by then and being in a prone position helps. You take care and keep in touch with me.

crushed lower knee and vertical fx of yibia/external fixator placed/plates and screws and tried to place big pieces of cartiledge under knee cap/tremendous pain in affected legcontinously without improving/allergic to metal in left leg/leg isnt straight/need metal removed in July/wait 6 months for healing/then toatal knee replacement/straighten out leg/more phsyxical therapy/take opana er
