Sadly, the 2 injections that I had on Monday have already worn off.

Most of the time I am able to be alright with the CP, the loss of independence, the struggle each day. Today is not one of those days. My fiance doesn't understand why I am upset that the shots didn't work longer. He feels that any day with less pain is worth the effort. I feel the same way most times. Today, the loss of all the hope I had is just too much and with family issues going on, I just can't take anymore. I am turning off all phones, unplugging the computer, and going to have some quiet, restful time.

I can't take my walks because of the stormy weather either. This day is a bummer.

I hope everyone else is having better days. My prayers are with all of you.

I'm sorry you are having such a bad day.... I have those too.  I hope you are escaping from the world and just can let your mind/body rest in some way.  And I pray tomorrow is a better day.

Mindy sorry to hear you are having such a rotten day, but remember this too shall pass. Sure is gets disheartening when you think something may work and it doesn't, but you just have to move on and wait till there is something else that comes along that may give you a shot at some better relief.

Taking some quiet time may be the best thing to do for you today.

So sorry you feel so badly today Mindy. Take all the time to rest, time for you, time to get in a better place.

Remember to take it just one day at a time. I too am at the end of my choices. I am weaning off of my methadone

as it didn't work and I know there are no other options for my pain as i have tried everything. That's why

my motto is one day at a time. The future is scary and so I only work on the day at hand.

We'll be here for you whenever you are ready.

Sorry your having a difficult day, sure wish the injections could've helped you
out for a longer period of time...and by all means take the day off, resting can help
when it's desperately needed, may you get some restorative rest and that
your up and feeling a little better tomorrow...
Well wishes for a low pain day...
