Hi everyone, I have noticed some of our people have been on the quiet side lately. I would like to think your pains levels have dropped to an all time low and you are out living life and having fun. But in the event you are not, I am sorry and wish you were, it never hurts to wish for something no matter how old we get, lol.

So, RetiredMom, FatherJohn, UniquelyMe, BSJaquar, QtKaren, Skeye, Pete'sTrip, ScarredForLife, please check in if you have a minute. For the names that I simply cannot remember, and oh I know there is a slew of people, that I cannot remember the names, please know we would like to hear from you too. Please do not get your feelings hurts if I did not list your name, i am sitting here trying so hard to put the names down but I am having a brain fark and its just not possible, we want to hear from everyone.

I hope we hear from everyone!!!!

Susie...

It's funny that you posted this because I had been wondering the exact same thing!  I would love to hear how everyone is doing, too.  So - if you feel like posting - we would sure love to hear from you!

Susie

I know that you can't think of and include everyone that has left the forum but may I take the liberty of adding one name to your list. A person that I have often thought about and wondered how she is doing. I know that the last time she posted, she was in so much pain, and had some very serious medical problems going on! Snowflake if you still come to this web site please post and let us know how you are doing.

I have not seen Dani either. I hope that everyone is okay. I get emotional sometimes when people stop posting, and wish that they would pop in to say they are okay. THat said, I totally understand that people leave for different reasons.

But, many of these people have touched my life and have helped me so much. I truly appreciate all of the support from everyone here.

Love and hugs,

Flower

I remember Snowflake, too, and how many serious health issues she was facing.  I would really like to hear how she's doing, too... as well as everyone else mentioned..... and anyone else, too, that hasn't posted in awhile.

Haven't seen my two sisters, Damouthy and Antbuggey. Hope you are all hanging in there

my friends. Cathoula, I know she has had a hard time since the overdose with Methadone, but

she will come back when she is ready. I can't wait for Catz4 to feel a bit better so she can come back,

but I know right now she is having a tough time. Ahhhh Nasalady, I know she is quite sick as well. I'm sure

there are more but my memory is failing me as usual. LOL

I would imagine Pete is probably out trying to live life or perhaps on a long fishing trip, heh. I know he was dealing with some serious pain while trying to be outgoing and make the most of things :/
MRI revealed disc bulge and test injections revealed RA. Radio Freq procedures have decreased the severity of pain but did not "fix" the issue. currently on 75 mgs of Nucynta (tapentadol) 2 to3 time per day. Its similiar to tramadol but with more opioid receptor activity. Can use percocet 5 mgs for breakthrough pain and 10 mgs of flexiril.

On behalf of Retiredmom, she appreciates your concern for her well being and states that she

will be back soon. She is ok and working on some medical and personal issues. She misses everyone,

hopes you are all doing well, occasionally lurks, and will be back as soon as she can get everything

back together.

Hey Fam's & Peeps!
I was reading though some posts and came across this one! Yes, I guess I have been MIA for a while now but I hope that you know that I am still around thinking and praying for All> Y'all!

I've been crazy busy for a while now w/ taking my Mom up north (that took some recovery time!) Dr's apts> still seeing my wonderful pain doc! He gave me a steroid shot in my torn achilese tendon again last week! It had been six months since my last and it was really acting up after my trip!

Also still seeing My Urologist and waiting for the results of a blood test I have every six months. Anyone who has had cancer knows that evan though it's been a while, these tests are always stresssful to wait for!

Then there is the sleep apnea doc who I really don't care for very much> thinking about getting a new one but thats not high on the priority list right now.
Right now I'm waiting for info to come on my SSD vertict and what to expect as far as $$, taxes and shyster fees! Although the Judge told me my verdict was "favorable" I still want to see it in writing and get that pay back check although I know it will not be as large as I hoped cause of the no good for poop bottom feeding laywers and Uncle Sam taking back what he just gave me for taxes> Still don't get that!!

So, to be honest about not posting as much as I used to> The Face Book has taken over my "Puter time" almost completely! Ever since I joined it, I've been hooking up w/ friends from the past! It's overwelming! I can't just ignor these people, some were very good friends lost over time and now back like crazy! Every time I log on to my puter, there are 20 or more messages and friends who find me wanting to be friends! It's insane but cool cause friends from pre high school, H.S. (my 40th reunion this year!) college, my party years, and friends from all the places I've lived before I moved to Fla. 25 years ago!
So thats really the reason, it has nothing to do w/ Yuze Peeps! If I tried to keep up w/ all my "puter friends & fams" I'd be sitting here all day long pecking away!
So I hope Y'all undersatnd! I'll try to pop in every once in a while so Y'all still know I'm alive!!!
All for now!
Love All Y'all>>> BIG GIANT FAT GUY HUGZ for Everyone!!!
Your Old Buddy,
Pete

I'm here....haven't really felt like doing anything.... very depressed. My pain is still the biggest issue...as usual. And waiting to hear from SSD and SSI is gut wrenching... Also having heart issues that had me worried...but all is better with that. I"ve been gaining weight due to lack of any exercise. We ALL know how hard it is when you hurt all the time. So, I'm glad that you thought of me....Really glad!!! it makes me feel better. My family isn't very open to my medical issues...so I don't talk about it...
