i ve been getting this chronic cranial pain on the right side of my head from where the top of my ear begins to the bottom. I get often dizzy, eyes pain, mood swings, hallucination dreams. this has been going on for 2 an a half months. sad

If it is fairly close to your ear I would suggest your first step after seeing your primary care doctor is an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist and then if that does not help a neurologist. Also a trip to the dentist might not hurt either as it is possible that it is referred pain from a dental issue.
2 confirmed herniated lumbar discs. Spinal Arthritis. Spinal Stenosis, diabetic peripheral nueropathy.

i meant not near the ear i was just trying to put an image from where the pain is located if you look at your ear level & head thats where it begins the area is the size of the palm of my hand. not behind the ear i have no ear aches, toothaches. I also experience load pitch noises that no one else hears but me. if our two boys are talking & the tv is on everything begin to sound all mixed together I have to ask them to talk softly & really lower the tv & my eye get double vision.

Maybe go to your pcp to seek out help and what specialists your pcp thinks
you should go to...keep us posted on this and well wishes...

Get an MRI asap. Sounds like symptoms that brain tumors can give off. The hallucinations, dizziness, etc. = NOT GOOD. Get an MRI for the soonest possible time.
