I could be worried for no reason, and I have not been here long enough to know what is "normal" for you all, but I noticed that I haven't "seen" you in a day or two and just wanted to make sure that your feeling ok? Pop in and let me know.

Hi Lucky -

Thanks for thinking of me! - I do appreciate it... My husband left at 5am on Monday morning for a business trip and gets home today.  It's been my first time since the babies were born (8 1/2 months ago) that I've been on my own with all the kids (in terms of overnight, etc).

So, I'm just been dealing w/ all of that.... and just trying to hang in there w/ my energy, pain and so forth.  Yesterday I was beyond delirious; today I'm feeling a little better.

Of course, too, this is the last week of school - so the kids have 50 different things to go to....to buy....etc.  So, my 3rd grader came in from school yesterday w/ a note and a package.   Basically, I needed to make 200 water balloons for a "water balloon fight" they were doing today.  So - at 11pm last night - I'm on the back porch - thinking "how the heck do I get involved in these things?  lol...  Meanwhile, my back was in a horrendous spasm.... my hands were numb and painful from my carpal tunnel syndrome and tying the balloons.... I'm just a mess tongue

So - that's been my life.  Again, thanks for asking, Lucky.  I haven't read any other posts yet, but I do hope you've gotten some sleep.... I'm going to go read things now....

But thanks again for asking about me..... Take good care --Tina
Pain Issues: DDD; fibromyalgia; migraines; carpal tunnel syndrome; tendonitis
Multiple other health issues....
Meds: Too many to list....

Wow, I didn't know that you have babies! I'm not even going to ask how you do it...I know we just do it! I hope all went well with your husband being away. You sure had your plate full. And the water balloons, I think I would have died!! I can't begin to imagine how much pain you must have been in, or still be in. One thing I am not is mom of the year. My girlfriends and I joke about that all the time.

We do our best ya know.... please know if you ever need to talk or vent off topic "kids" I'm always here for ya! But it does sound like you pulled it off!! I did get some sleep the other night so that was good, and I decided to try the Oxy 10mg again during the day, so far its been ok...

Thanks for the update, and have a great evening!
