ok decompression for herniated disk

hey question would u have decompression done by chiroprator for herniated disk L5 S1
yes or no and why trying to make my mind up friday? idea

(reabsorption of bone 2 years later...still lost in body..expect to burp it out at anytime..haha")) 
ACDF with hardware, allograft bone Nov. 2005 
Anterior and Posterior CDF, allograft bone with BMP, removal of old hardware, use of titanium plates, rods, screws, & kitchen sink (lol) Oct 2006

Dx: Herniated disk in my neck C6-C7, Degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my neck, sciatica, RLS, migraines and post-op RNY gastric by pass and depression.

Meds: Oxy, Nortriptyline, percocet, norco, xanax(as needed), sinement, topamax, imitrex, and paxil

Personal: Single mom 43yrs old to three children- two girls 5 and 13 and my son 16yrs old. I work fulltime.

ok well my attorney and 12 doctors i called said no so im not doing it

Just know that you can try actual traction at an Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon's office...They would be the one's to look at your MRI and 'if' it was recommended...it is done by them in their offices.

As well as trying injections with lidocaine or nerve blocks.

I am sorry you have to postpone some relief, but glad to hear that a Chiro isn't doing this and possibly injure you!

Had it done....doesn't work...at least for me I felt a little better for about 5 days...a waste of $'s.....just my opinion.... nono
