And welcome to HealingWell and to the Chronic Pain Family. May I ask what part of the world you live in to wait 4 years for a pain clinic? There's just no excuse for being treated like that no matter where you live. Chronic pain is every bit a valid health problem as cancer or a cold and needs to be treated promptly.
As for the costo...many people with fibromyalgia have costochondritis too. You might try posting this on that forum and you're more likely to get answers there and faster. Many people there have suggestions for dealing with the pain. I hope you can find some answers soon!
