Hiya guys

Sorry I have not been around much, been a really bad time for me pain wise that is and I did not want to come and be all doom and gloom as it gets other people down. But I was missing talking to you guys as you always cheer me up. I am finding I have to get up an hour earlier to get my body going just to get to work, I am dosing my self up with pain killers so I can work. When I get in from work I find I am totally shattered and need to go to bed and sleep. So my days are wake in pain, work and pain, and come home in pain, then back to bed in pain. So made an appointment with pain doctor to see what we could do to ease the pain until I get my appointment through for surgery, the pain doctor appointment is on Wednesday morning. So more waiting yet again.

I really hope you are all having a low pain day and I send you all my love and ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) but they will have to be very gentle ones lol

Hi Sue I'm so sorry that you're having so much pain. I know it's hard to do anything when you're in so much pain. It's good to see you posting. That's what we're here for. To support and help each other thru this nightmare called chronic pain. Rest up as much as you can. Like someone else said, Wednesday will be here before you know it.

I really hope that your appointment for surgery comes thru really soon.

love and soft hugs

Hope you are feeling better today. Hang in there. I understand where you are coming from as i seem
to be in the same boat. Too much pain and depression is keeping me away but I am trying harder
to get thru the day.  It does make you feel better when you come back and post.

     Morning Sue!
As I read through you're post, sounded like I had wrote it myself. I too work, and come home only to hop straight into bed. While I think work keeps some of the muscles active, can sure take a toll on ourselves if we over do it. The bed sure feels good at the end of the day, but it does little for my mental I tend to feel a little lazy in the evenings.
Hopefully this upcomming surgery, will correct your problem, and you can get back to somewhat of a normal life. Hang tough, just one more day, and lets see if the PM can pull a rabbit out of his hat for you.
I have to tell you, that your expression "Lovie" always puts a smile on my face! You always seem so cheerful, and supportive.
....we hope you get to feeling better soon. wink
     Take care,
  SE wink

Sue never worry about gloom and doom, thats parts of living with CP. I hope the appt goes well tomorrow, and that your dr listens and helps you out in the pain dept. Working and doing what you are is a pretty loaded plate. Don't be so hard on yourself, you should be commended for what you do.

Take care.
