I put the brackets and url before and after the url but it didn't work. I'm sorry. I tried to make it clickable. You'll have to copy and paste it in your browser, I guess.

love and hugs

Interesting Loretta; thanks for sharing.  Fentanyl is the best pain reliever for my breakthrough pain.... I use the oral version (I've been on both Actiq and Fentora; but am currently using Actiq).

I'd be lost w/out it.  My pain spikes to an 8 or 9... and within about 20 minutes, I can get down to a 6 (which is tolerable for me).

The nasal spray is an interesting alternative.

Thanks for sharing this new information.

I did read the article...but noticed that they say this is for cancer patients only...is this common for Fentanyl?

I will try to make this link hot tomorrow, on my PC...as I seem to have trouble getting it done on my Mac.

Thanks for the information Loretta!

Good try Loretta making it a clickable link. Where it went wrong was you forgot to put a "/" in the rear url tag. It should have been .

I think all of the fast acting fentynl like fentora and aticq are labled for cancer patients. I used fentora for over a year till i switched insurance carriers. The new one will not approve it for me even though it worked for a year and i had tried everything else, just due to the cancer statement. It was wonderful. The best part was that i had no side effects and could work while taking it with no issues. It was almost 2k a month so there was no way i could continue of course.
DX: CRPS/RSD full body, Fibro, CP, DDD, DJD, OSA, Syringomyelia, Arachnoiditis, failed fusion. Fusions C5-6, L5-S1, hardware removal and removal of scar tissue. SCS trial successful awaiting placement.
MEDS:To many to mention, changes every week it seems.

I have Stadol in nose spray form for migraines and it is just minutes before it kicks. I am betting this will work the same way. Now, we get to wait and see if any of our members get put on this to see what they think.
