After hearing the dr's news about botox the nerve,I realize without the pain ,Iwill be able to go back to some type of regular activities. I started a walking program and not isolating myself .Today Iam having a low pain day.It was very hot here today,so Ididn't go out today but got dressed ect.Has anyone experienced, when you stop doing things due to pain, and its like okay maybe Ican do more ,yet your scared to try?I realize Icant stop living due to pain.So I slowly will start driving my car around the block and increasing  my activities so if the botox stops the pain.I can have a more active life.Seems like the pain prevented me from so much,I forgot what Iam able to do!I know it will be a process getting back into a daily routine.Iam so happy and surprised my pain level has been down the last fewday,Iguess the walking has helps! takecare

Oh I am so happy to hear you are having some low pain days. I can't imagine what that feels like.

I hope it continues with you. I too am trying to increase my activity, but that only means increasing my

headache pain, although it helps with the depression. Pain vs depression. They both are tough battles.

Keep up the great work Sore because then you won't be sore42long!! LOL that was good eh!!
