Seems like I have a few goods days than Ican't get myself out of bed .Today Ihave to force myself into shower ,pain is bad!I know Ihave a long road to recovery ,but hope this dr  appointment to do something besides ,pain meds !Hope everyones days going good! Take care

Hi Sore I'm sorry that you're having a hard day. ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) It seems like you have one step forward and two steps baqck when you have chronic pain. I hope you feel better really soon.

Dx: osteoarthritis, bursitis in left hip, Osteoarthrits in right hip, compression fracture in thoracic spine due to falling on frozen ground March 2001 , ddd, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, osteoarthritis in spine, osteoarthritis in both knees
Meds: Fentanyl patch, oxycodone, otc: BenGay, Tylenol Arthritis on occasion

I view life with chronic pain as some evil twisted version of the Hokey Pokey.

You know: You put your left foot in, you take your left foot out, you put your left foot in a cuss it all about. You do the Hokey Pokey and twist your insides out...that's what its all about.
2 confirmed herniated lumbar discs. Spinal Arthritis. Spinal Stenosis, diabetic peripheral nueropathy.

DX: CRPS/RSD full body, Fibro, CP, DDD, DJD, OSA, Syringomyelia, Arachnoiditis, failed fusion. Fusions C5-6, L5-S1, hardware removal and removal of scar tissue. SCS trial successful awaiting placement.
MEDS:To many to mention, changes every week it seems.
