I started hot yoga last Tuesday and went again thurs.
Today is Friday and I woke up hurting more than usual.
All day been just sitting here. Trying to move, but not helping.
I am really trying not to over do it and listen to my body...

All my drs have told me to try this and that it should help...
I have 2 more paid weeks....
I think I will give it the benefit of the doubt and continue 3x a week then see how I feel.

Anyone else tried this?

Hot yoga is just how it sounds.

90 minutes of yoga, but at 105 degrees with 45 percent humidity.

Talk about sweating your booty off!!

Maybe I just need to go to another part of the country for the heat part of the yoga.
First day I went, the hot temp felt wonderful! [we really mild here in seattle, like 65]

Donna....

Yep, I've never heard of that either.  I just can't do heat at all... so it wouldn't be for me.... but if you can handle it - that's great!  Let us know what you end up thinking about it... and if it does help you.

        Morning Donna!

WOW!...that almost sounds dangerous...with 105 temps. Never could I do that!...and for 90min...forget it! shocked   Just the thought of it,... makes me sick, as I cannot take the heat at all. My hat's off to you, if you can though! wink

Maybe Yoga in a walk in cooler...and then!... you may spark my interest!.....but never in that kind of heat.

Hopefully your doing all this in the shade too?!! Please be careful, and make sure your drinking plenty of water...and don't over do it.

Take care, and I hope you achive the desired effects your looking for.

     SE wink
