Ok, it's been about 2 weeks since I started Hot Yoga....

Results:
Think I am quitting.... I hate to say I'm a quitter, but I think I am actually in more pain today than before I started. I know the yoga/stretching should be good for me, but honestly, don't think I can take it anymore. I started to get major spasms while in the class as well....

Well, back to my same old routine I guess. I will let the Dr know about this so he is aware that it is not working...

Now if I can only get my pain back under control..

Sorry to hear that:(...I can't remember if you have done any type of yoga before or were you trying to jump in and maybe it's just too much too quickly?

I do my yoga at home...It's pretty much beginners yoga and it's with Rodney Yee AM/PM. 2 discs....(He is a cutie pie as well as dreamy voice and beautiful ocean backgrounds!!)...

The AM yoga is some basic stretching to get you limber and get the circulatory system going...Very easy..

The PM yoga is very calming...soothing...and 'winds' you down for the day...

I try to do this every day! I love it..I actually only get sore if I skip it for too many days..

As well as with 30-45 minutes of just walking each day with my doggy...

I'm hoping that you can find other ways to stretch or exercise to where it doesn't make you too sore...

Also hope you can rest up to get the pain back under control...Thanks for sharing your experience about it!
