found out last week the ullner never couldn't be moved for my TOS,so I called the surgeon and told the nurse ,who told me the dr gone on holidays,my other dr told me she thought Iwas getting botox injections, which didn't happen.Idid talk to the dr and he said ,they found it botox.not that helpful?Iam so tired of it all,Iguess is 2 weeks Iwill see the surgeon again and Iam going prepared with alist of the pain I'm in daily on pain meds ?Ifeel like the drs just don't get how debilitating this is for me.the pain meds are bad for my Ibs.Itry not to get depressed but if its not one problem its another but Istill try to do my best .It seems I'll have a few good days then spend few days not even getting out of bed ,which Ifeel is a cop out ,but it hard to get motivated when anytime Ido things I'm in so much pain!I am greatful for this site as at least someone can understand .Isure hope the surgery is soon ,till then Iguess Icope with this the best Ican, takecare

Hello Sore, sorry to hear all of your issues.  I am not clear, do you have a Pain Management Doctor, or is that who you are planning to see.  If that is the case, and this is your first time with pm doc absolutley bring all your records, e-rays, mri, ct scans, everything and anything you have to show your doctor how serious this is.
Its troubling and you are not the first person who has suffered due to lack of the correct diagnosis, or for some of the reasons which are more troubling, that is making sure your doctor knows you are not some junkie off the street looking for a fix.  Unfortunetly that is often the problem most of us on the cp forum have come up against time and again.
The only way to make sure this doesnt happen to you, you must have all your records, and etc. sometimes that is not enough.  But you stay strong, you know how badly you hurt, dont be aggresive, be assertive, as a cp sufferer you absolutely have rights.
Take care of yourself, and good luck, hope you are feeling well today.

So sorry to hear that you are miserable. Dont forget the list of the pain that you have daily when you see the doctor.

I will pray for you. Try to be strong. All of us are thinking of you and supporting you. Hopefully you can discuss surgery when you see the doctor next time.
