Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers.... I'm sorry you are struggling! Yes, I would definitely give a call to your doctor - especially w/ any new symptoms like you said. Let us know what you find out.

I think you know this.... but I suffer from depression, too.... I'm sorry, I can't remember - are you on meds? I'm on Effexor - and it's definitely something I can't go w/out or I go in a DEEP hole. On the meds, I'm pretty stable.... but I have to work through things like you said - not isolating, etc.

I definitely can tell from your posts that you are working on your health issues - and I'm proud of you! I know how hard that can be..... and I think you are doing a great job. But call your doctor re: that new symptom!!

Many hugs - Tina

Hi Tina ,glad your posting ,must mean your doing alittle better, which Iam very happy for !No Ihave been on antidepressents before ,not anymore ,because I had alot of side effects coming off them and I am on so many other meds ,which really don't help my Ibs,so Ifeel if Ican make it without them Iam probley better off .Exercise and eating well can really help.Iknow I'm depressed but feel once Iam able to do more with my life ,go back to work ect ,Iam sure Iwill feel better.I went to emergency today ,dr told me too,at least I know ,its not a stroke or heart problems ,yet dr ,said my symptoms don't match up and could be ullner nerve?Iwas just tested a few weeks ago for that but on the right side!Again Iam left feeling frusterated ,but have to make the best of it !Todays a nice sunny day ,I am going for a walk soon !I live in canada and Itell you this is one of the coldest summers we have had in along time,so getting out into the sun will be nice, takecare from Michele
