with the new symptoms, my left hand going numb&tingly when the TOS is in the right side,my frusteration level is so high! The scarey part was it was also numb on left lip? However the DR at the hospital said it wasn't my heart or stroke, and my symptons didn't match up ?I asked for him to send a copy of report to my vascular surgeon.Maybe this will help get a surgery day sooner ,Ihave been working on this problem for about 2 1/2 years now ,every test under the sun ,sports medican injections ect  and its only getting worst ,yet Iam so trying to make the best of things .Ido hope surgery is soon ,time for my walk,in the sun. take care from michele

Hi Michele I'm so sorry that your pain just keeps getting worse. Hopefully the report from the ER dr will help get you the surgery really soon rather than later. I know the ER can be so frustrating. ((((((((hugs))))))) I wish you good luck with this. Take care.

I hope you're having a low pain night.

love and hugs

Hi Michele~

I too am sorry you are being treated so poorly. I'm a believer that is those legislate and those who treat us were afflicted with any one of the disorders on HealingWell, that we would get very speedy and better treatment at lower costs. I'm praying that you have a speedy and successful surgery and that your medical team get their act together and listen. Sometimes others forget that it's hard to listen when they're talking.

Warm hugs,

Hi Michele, yes just about any time we go to ER anymore its a disaster unless you have blood & guts running every where. I am serious when I make that statement too. Just about all of us here in the CP forum will not go to ER when our pain levels get totally out of control and thats really sad but we get no help when we go so its a wasted trip.

I have talked to my PM dr about the attitude people with CP run into in the ER's and she said well thats the last place a person should go because you will not get any help there. They think because you have pain you are a drug seeker. This came out of a neurosurgeons mouth so what does that tell you.

I hope you can get something done soon. Take care.
