Great to hear that your back massage has settled down your hip pain. Have fun making your rice socks - if you have any, you can also add dried lavender or potpourri to them to make them smell nice, or just scent with a little oil. I have homemade wheat bags here (sewn bags, rather than socks) that I switch between depending on which scent I feel like. One contains lavender heads and I top up with a few drops of lavender oil, one has rose petal potpourri and I top up with rose oil. The third gets eucalyptus oil.
