I am working as software developer in company from last 2.5 year. It started as a sinus infection when I was around 13 and now I am almost 28 years old. I have had a constant headache 24 hours a day from last three year. I had two nose surgery in last 3 year. But headache problem is not going. I've also had CT scans which the doctors did not see any sinus issue there. but the headache continues. This has also caused me to become depressed when the pain is at it's worst.
some time headache increase and sometime its less.
I don't know is it depression or sinus problem but it will make my life hell because This is my crucial time regarding career prospective .
i feel very sad and feel negative.
i am from india . Please suggest me my solution i will be thankful to you.

I had migrain headaches for years ,they finally went away when the stress in my life decressed?I think seeing a dr is a good idea,I feel it could be something else, not the sinus ,yet I am not a docter!but keeping a log book of the headache when, howlong it last, where it hurts most ect, will help the dr understand ,maybe medication can help ? It probley is not depression causing the headache, but your depressed because of the headache and your not able to do things you need to do!I can only tell you you must see a dr.as soon as possible to clear up this problem so you are able to work .Please take care and good luck, form michele in canada

Thank you Michael for pointing me in this direction.

Hello Pankaj
I want to welcome you to our chronic pain forum of Healingwell. So sorry to hear you are having such bad headaches.

I can certainly empathise with you as I have been suffering with constant headaches for over 11 years.

May I ask where your headaches are? Are you in front of your computer all the time? What kind of doctors have you seen so far? what treatments? or meds

have you tried? have you had an MRI? Some suggestions for you are to see a neurologist who specializes

in headaches. Could you be having migraines? You can try massages, chiropractic, acupuncture to name a few

treatments. You could see a dentist or orthodontist that specializes in tmj disorders. You can google this to see

if you have any of the symptoms. When all else fails, you can see a chronic pain specialist. Chronic pain

and depression go hand in hand, perhaps you may need an anti depressant.

I hope you will come here often and let us know how you are doing. The members here are very supportive

and we can help you get thru this, one day at a time.

Take care,
Suzane

These are only a few of the things I have tried to get you started. I have more suggestions if you need them.

I just wanted to let you know that we also have a headache/migraine forum. Perhaps you can read there

also and get some help from those members, but please feel free to come back and post here in the

chronic pain forum.
