I am still alive for the moment, lol. I spent a week in the hospital with cellulitis in my legs. Just finished up OP IV antibiotics at the infusion center.. You can imagine what this has done to the guts. Help one problem cause another, can't seem to win. My Port in my chest was stopped up so they had to unclog it or else it was put in a pic line which I refused. I told them if they knew what they were doing they could get the port unclogged, finally got a nurse in there that knew what she was doing and got it working fine. One thing I have learned over the years is not all nurses are versed in handling patients with ports in their chests. It is there for a reason and should be used as it was intended.

I have had swelling issues with the legs for years but sitting at a computer is out of question right now because of the swelling. Have got to get hubby to build me something to fit under this desk so I can prop the legs up when sitting.

Hopefully I will get back on the computer soon, thanks for asking about me. Take care.

Hi Straydog

I'm sorry to hear that you've been fighting cellulitis. I'm glad that the antibiotics have taken care of it. What causes your legs to swell so bad? It looks like your doctor could do something to stop them from swelling. I'm sorry if you've been asked this before. I'm very forgetful.

You take care and come and post when you can. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

love and hugs
