Well I must say after 3 1/2weeks after TOS surgery most of the pain is gone.Monday I start physio and today start reducing pain meds only on 2x20mg oxy, next week only one 20 a day ,I noticed Istill use my left hand alot ,Iguess mentaly Istill expect the right one to hurt? I'm happy with the surgery! The last 3weeks were painful the 1st week Idoubled up on pain meds .I have not been getting much exercise at all after surgery ,I planned to start going out more this week ,but the IBS flared up so bad ,I have not had this much problems in 8 months,I know its from eating the wrong diet,if I'm more careful Ican controll it,I think it was those choco mad late mint cookies?which I loved so much?So once this problem with the IBS ends ,Iwill start back to having a more productive life.Being in pain sure can put a damper on living an active life .I still feel tired alot ,Iknow Istill having healing to do but am happy with the surgery resaults. take care from Michele

Michele so very glad to hear things are looking up for you, that is just awesome. It can only get better from here right.

It is so encouraging to read about someone having surgery to correct something and they can come back to the forum and say they feel better. We need to hear more stories like yours.

I have been MIA due to an illness myself, so I am slowly getting back on my feet.

Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
