I am so sorry you are having so much trouble! I do hope your Doctors can do something that will help you!
I do not blame you one bit for being upset, when your own family members don't remember your birthday, that is something to be upset about! I know they often make commericals about a husband forgetting either a spouses birthday or anniversary and then remembering at the very last moment. But that is just advertising. For some product or something. Not real life! I am sorry, Chart, I think you have very good reason to cry and be upset! I personally don't see any excuse for a spouse or family member to forget something like that! Please know Chart, that you have your family here to understand, be here with you!
