I’m still suffering after simple cubital tunnel decompression surgery 8 months ago. For 4 years I have had some degree of tingling or burning on both arms from elbow to fingers (primarily from wrist to pinky). I’ve had 2 nerve conduction EMG’s done, both showing no nerve damage or muscle wasting. After the surgery my neurosurgeon told me the nerve wasn’t the correct color. However with no relief from what I call a failed operation, I’m wondering if my problem is something other than nerve entrapment. Recently my neurosurgeon sent me to pain management where I found only minor relief with Lyrica.

I’m curious has anyone else had these symptoms without a positive EMG? Has anyone found relief with additional surgery, such as bone shaving (medial epicondylectomy) or anterior transposition?

Thanks, Chris
