I haven't been on the board as much lately, and I just wanted to check in and say hi. I am trying to get through the posts I've missed and offer my support.

I haven't been around as much because life has just been very busy. We are moving in January and so my last day of work at this job is December 23rd. I have so many loose ends to tie up! We are also preparing the house to rent or sell, we haven't decided which yet. So basically every hour of every day is filled right now. I will be so relieved when we leave for our holiday trip to my mom's on December 23rd. A week and a half of family, relaxation, and fun.

I've been doing PT for almost 2 months now, and it really does seem to be helping. My last visit with her is on Monday, and she will give me a home workout program to work on until I can resume PT in our new city. I'm able to do the elliptical for 15 minutes, 2x a week. I can't even tell you how much of a triumph this is! Pain is the same, my PM finally agreed I should see a rheumatologist but that will have to wait for the new city as well. He also suggested I see a dermatologist for a definitive psoriasis diagnosis, as that changes the probability that I have something systemic going on. So plenty of things on the medical to do list for the new year.
Fibromyalgia, low back pain/SI joint dysfunction, anxiety, obstructive sleep apnea, endometriosis, asthma

hope you can sell your house and that things work out for you...
The rhumatologist can probably give you the dx of psoriasis, maybe

Good Evening Heather!

It sounds like this month is a very busy time for you! tongue

One thing I see here is the fact that you are continuing your PT exercise's no matter where you are at. Thats great!….and a good example for all of us who may let it fall by the wayside.

I hope you have a wonderful Holiday….and please take some time to rest up a bit….it's needed! wink

Take care,

Heather....you do have a full plate this month, but I think being with family will be very theraputic for you. Good luck with your move and touch base once you are settled. Merry Christmas and all the best 2012.

Bless you, Amy
