I went to grab a pill I need just before heading to bed. I need only half a pill today, but I don't have anymore pre- cut in the bottle. I reach for the pill cutter, a cheap version since my husband stole my good one. My fingers are stiff, swollen, and painful. I reach in and SLICE! Now I have a nice little cut on the pad of my index finger. I mean, I'm not going to loose the finger- but it's not a papercut either. Just enough to get a bit of blood on the cutting surface, and my clothes, and on the bottle before I get it to stop. In a place where it's going to be difficult to heal and terribly annoy me all the time.
Such a minor, unimportant thing. So many things to overshadow it. And yet, it's one more thing to add to the list.
With all the heavy and important things the camel can carry. When you load it up, it is simply the minor, unimportant straw that makes it all collapse.

Oh Christina *hugs* It sure is the little things sometimes that push you to the edge.

I hope your finger heals quickly and that you see some better times very soon.

Christina So Sorry to hear that your finger got sliced. Probably that finger will the one that gets traumatized all the time while it heals.

I understand that the small stuff can make you crazy. Itis the accumulation of events and things that send you over the edge.

Hang in there

Hugs
