I thank everyone for the posts,yes Ihad the rib removed about 3months ago.I realize now I pushed myself to fast to get off pain meds and expected too much of myself too early ,so Ihad to slow down ,Idid get out for a walk today.I feel so sluggish ,but its so nice my wrist elbow feel great now ,yet I have to rebuild the muscels ,slowly?I am now having IBS flare up,If the bloating doesnot go down in aweek on the Probiotics ,then I guess the hospital for me!It looks like Ihave abowling ball tummy ,which makes it uncomfortable to move around.I'm just hoping this will clear up fast ,so Ican get on with healing and rebuilding my strength.I want to do my own physio at home,Idid go to one appointment and it was ,not pleasent ! I also went last year and again ,not good experience ,and very over priced !I think I can manage at home .I have my own treadmill ect and I  enjoy exercise.I just cant do to much with my tummy so sore ? Healing is aslow process and alot of work . take care  from michele

sore42long have you seen a doctor about your bloating and your "tummy"?  an IBS flare up should not be taken lightly. Just be careful and don't wait to long to get checked.
